The Sacred Bloom Club provides trauma-informed education, coaching, and digital resources designed for personal growth, nervous system regulation, ADHD awareness, and feminine embodiment.
All materials are intended for educational and self-development purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Mika Brock-Ruffin is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider.
The information and guidance offered through The Sacred Bloom Club—including courses, coaching, workshops, and digital materials—are based on education, personal experience, and trauma-informed life coaching principles.

Nothing provided by The Sacred Bloom Club is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.
Always consult with a qualified physician, therapist, or healthcare professional before making decisions about your physical or mental health.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and any actions you take based on this material.

• All payments must be completed at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.
   
• Coaching and mentoring programs require a non-refundable deposit to secure your space.
   
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to sessions, materials, or community features until the balance is paid.
   

Due to the digital and educational nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once access to a course, membership, or download is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or late-canceled sessions will be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

All materials, videos, frameworks, and digital content are the exclusive property of The Sacred Bloom Club and Mika Brock-Ruffin.
They are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Information shared during coaching sessions or within private communities is treated with respect and confidentiality, except when disclosure is required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

By engaging with The Sacred Bloom Club, you acknowledge that results vary based on your personal participation, consistency, and effort.
The Sacred Bloom Club and Mika Brock-Ruffin are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or materials provided.
You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being while engaging with this content.

The Sacred Bloom Club is a trauma-informed and inclusive environment.
Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from all programs and communities without refund.
